To return or exchange call a customer service representative for a no hassle RA (return authorization) number. (1-800-724-3085, Hours M-F 8:30 am - 5 pm Est.)
Customer is responsible for return shipping. Shipping, promotional and otherwise, is not refundable.
Damage that is the result unintended use is not covered under the 30 Day Play Guarantee, nor the 1 year warranty. Unintended use may be defined as but is not limited to: hitting the ball with where it is not designed to be hit (skymark example), or using the club in a manner that it was not designed to be used. GigaGolf equipment is well made and can take more its share of punishment. You'll find this statement in the warranty and guarantee of every manufacturer. Once in a great while, some yahoo will try hit the ball off the crown of a wood, or drive a tee marker down #16. Although it is rare, we can't be responsible for that.
